Willow Park

Jared had a vacation that he had to use up. We decided to go up to Logan for the weekend. We had a wonderful time. Grandma and Grandpa were out of town, so we had a vacation at their house. We went out to dinner with Michelle and her friend, Mike. The kids loved going to Willow Park and seeing all the animals. They also loved playing on the playground.

Monica had to stay and work, so it was just me and the boys.....

Father's Day

Monica made this amazing poster for her wonderful dad! Thanks Aunt Brenda for inviting her to your Sunday school class!

We had a great time picking out his cards this year. Usually we make them, but I splurged! The best part was the "I'm the boss" button we let him wear. :) At least for one day!!

The kids have an amazing dad - and I have an amazing husband. He had to work on Father's Day, but we tried to sneak in a special dinner and then tried not to eat ALL of his candy bars. That's one of the great things - he LOVES to share, especially candy and his Mountain Dew! His favorite saying comes from his dad, "Can't I have anything nice?" Which is always followed by the exasperated, "WHY?" Which usually refers to our children and whatever they have destructed.

Jerrick's Baptism

We baptized Jerrick on 6-11-11. Hopefully a date that we will be able to remember! We had a wonderful day! Grandma and Grandpa Cressall came out and so did Grandma and Grandpa Carter. Uncle Clayton, Aunt Brenda, and Brandan also came. So did Aunt Michelle and Dana.

Gunnar's Birthday

Hard to believe that Gunnar is already 10. WOW! We celebrated Gunnar's birthday the same day that we baptized Jerrick - so it was double duty. But this post is just for Gunnar! Here are his favorites:

Baseball

This year, three of the boys are playing baseball. Jaxon is in Little League, Jerrick is playing coach pitch and Ryker is playing T-ball. They have all loved playing and Jaxon has done exceptionally well this year. This is his last year and it was a lot of fun watching him play. Here are some pictures of the season:
